The planned new apartment building consists of two parts, divided into one basement, the ground floor, four upper floors as well as two attic floors. There are eight apartments planned in the attic floors. A total of 11 parking slots will be built in the garage.
In total, 40 apartments and one commercial space with sizes between approx. 30 sqm and 102 sqm will be created.
